How rankings are protected
Affiliate availability never buys a ranking. Scores follow the published criteria in our methodology: privacy evidence, pricing, renewal risk, app quality, ownership context, device support, and use-case fit. A provider with an affiliate program and a provider without one are judged by the same standard.
What providers cannot buy
Providers cannot pay for placement, higher scores, softer caveats, or review approval. They may submit corrections and documentation, but verdicts stay with the editorial process described in our editorial policy.
